Amazing service. I'm very impressed with the way I'm treated at Clegg's. All of the employees I've interacted with have smiles on their faces and genuinely seem happy you are there. My entire experience has been pleasant and convenient. Which I appreciate cause it's not always fun to lose your car for a day while they work on it. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend the provo location.

I have an older car that is constantly coming up with new ways to break. I brought it to Clegg Auto in Provo with electrical issues hoping that they could help me with it. They did an amazing job of analyzing what was going wrong in the electrical systems of my car as well as assessing the other areas of my car that may need attention soon. They gave me a detailed analysis of what was wrong and told me that if I continued to have issues that they would take another look for free. Absolutely amazing customer service and I am so glad to say that I don't need to look for another mechanic ever again because I am sticking with Clegg's.

Clegg’s auto seem to be fairly priced and I appreciate that they do a full check up on the vehicle in addition to what the suspected problem is. Then they send a detailed report of all the issues they recommend with a cost breakdown of each item. You get to choose what work you want done. The process was also pretty fast compared to other places I’ve used. Would recommend and will return.

Great shop! I loved their easy-to-use electronic approval system for confirming which specific jobs you want them to complete. Pricing is fair, comparable to or better than all the other local shops I checked. I do a lot of my own repair work at home, and they were very respectful of my requests to have them do the repairs I don't have the equipment for while leaving the repairs I can do myself so I could save on labor costs. They are also pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend coming here.

What I value the most is finding a business that is trustworthy, transparent and not willing to compromise integrity. Nothing more refreshing than knowing you are not going to be taken advantage of. I took my vehicle here for a second opinion on shocks that I told were leaking and needed to be replaced for 2k+. No shocks needed and decided to do other services that were recommended. Thank you Clegg!
